Background: Sport and exercise therapy can be used for low back pain's prevention. This research was aimed to evaluate the level of functional disability, pain intensity difference between the two groups of patients with chronic low back pain.   Methods: this study was a cross-sectional-applied research conducted from December 2015 to March 2016 on the employed (N=50) and no employee people (N=40) suffering from chronic low back. BackgroundVitamin D deficiency is known as a one of the underlying causes of Idiopathic musculoskeletal pain (IMSP). This study aimed to evaluate the correlation between serum vitamin D (Cholecalciferol) status in patient with Non-specific Musculoskeletal Pain and healthy children.Materials and MethodsSeventy-seven children (aged 3–14 years), with IMSP were included as cases and 90 healthy subjects were selected for control group. Demographic characteristics and biochemical levels of vitamin D and Parathyroid hormone (PTH), were obtained. We assess and analyze the etiology of chest pain among children referred a pediatric cardiology clinic in cardiac center in south west of Iran.Materials and Methods: We assessed children with chest pain who visited our medical center during March 2013 to April 2014. Any case of trauma associated chest pain was excluded from this study. The aim of our study was to characterize a population of Iranian professional drivers with regard to history of drivers’ road crash incidents and some occupational factors.
