ریزازدیادی گیاه .Tanacetum parthenium L

هدف این تحقیق بررسی ریزازدیادی و انتقال به خاک گیاه Tanacetum partheniumL. بود که به بابونه گاو چشم معروف است. به این منظور بذر گیاه در محیط MS/4 با کل ویتامین ها کشت شده و قطعات ساقه ای گیاهچه های حاصل به دو صورت دارای جوانه انتهایی و بدون جوانه انتهایی، روی محیط MS با هورمونهای (µM 0.54 ) NAA  و (µM 4.44 ) BAP  کشت داده شد. صد در صد قطعات دارای جوانه انتهایی و فقط 44% قطعات فاقد جوانه انتهایی...
