A Noisy-OR gate based fuzzy fault tree approach for micro-leakage evaluation of bolt-gasket-flange connection (BGFC)

In the natural gas gathering and transportation station, bolt-gasket-flange connection (BGFC) is main mode, but due to its large number, micro-leakage may result in serious consequences. For this reason, early BGFC evaluation can effectively assist decision-making prevent occurrence of accidents. To solve problem insufficient field data collection, we proposed a Noisy-OR gate based fuzzy fault tree approach, calculated corresponding minimum cut sets highest risk factors. Moreover, sensitivity analysis (SA) was used determine that material problems (wear corrosion sealing surface), man-made operation (bolts flanges) working conditions (pipe vibration temperature fluctuations) are key factors contributing micro-leakage. brief, combination an effective approach for evaluation, which great significance analysis, safe operation, assessment station.
