چکیده

Introducing the differential design concept of functional gradient into mass concrete structures is a feasible that can meet requirement crack resistance and internal hydration heat reduction for in cold regions. This study analyzed functionally graded concrete’s long-term performance durability behavior through experimental tests. Based on various mix proportion designs, six groups were selected to test. The shrinkage tests conducted according specifications, early also carried out. In addition, development characteristics with different proportions compared analyzed, impermeability, frost resistance, carbonation conducted. test results show be effectively improved by adopting design. adds an anti-freezing polycarboxylate superplasticizer, steel fiber, polypropylene fiber. Therefore, it better actual needs drying autogenous rates mixed composite water reducer significantly reduced. As result, this method microporous structure, reduced loss dynamic elastic modulus, strength grades. Furthermore, adding steel-like fiber monofilament outside structure improve inhibit occurrence dry cracks. areas.

Fracture Behavior and Properties of Functionally Graded Fiber-Reinforced Concrete

In concrete pavements, a single concrete mixture design is selected to resist mechanical loading without attempting to adversely affect the concrete pavement shrinkage, ride quality, or noise attenuation. An alternative approach is to design distinct layers within the concrete pavement surface which have specific functions thus achieving higher performance at a lower cost. The objective of this...

Manufacturing and Mechanical Testing of a New Functionally Graded Fiber Reinforced Cement Composite

A functionally graded (FG) material system is employed to make fiber use more efficient in a fiber reinforced cement composite (FRCC). This preliminary study demonstrates beam elements that were functionally graded fiber reinforced cement composite (FGFRCC) with four layers, each with a different fiber volume ratio. Fiber volume ratio was graded in accordance with its potential contribution to ...
