Implementing of 5S rule in iron-steel industry company

Nowadays, every company cares about reducing their waste and cost. While they are doing that would prefer to make it effectively efficiently. That is why the 5S rule recently a more suitable tool use for companies. In this paper, It was studied how implement in an iron-steel industry with interview of quality engineer who works company. This case study made be example sector by photographing before-after situations implementation. Which carried out equipment manufacturing departments factory operating Hatay. At end 5s implementation, we may say risks, occur factory, reduced, helped save much time production, also sustainability products has been formed future needs factory.
