Waste has become a significant problem in Indonesia, especially the capital city of Jakarta due to many disasters caused by it. The one cause flooding is blockage river flow waste. monitoring litter essential find out waste intensity river. research was formed which aims produce an application that can detect, track, and calculate using YOLO v3 algorithm. This done order simplify process video. uses 340 images directly from photos videos, captured researchers-detection processed frame changing video into several structures. From acquired result experiment, it's proven be used for detection counting recorded on this detect it able said objects with 98.74% confidence case
