چکیده
The species Brassica rapa includes enormous leafy vegetables with extreme leaf morphological diversity. Leaf traits such as size, shape, weight, and ratio of the blade to petiole contribute yield, appearance, desirability consumers. These leaf-related are controlled by quantitative trait loci (QTLs). construction high-density bin maps using low-coverage sequencing is a powerful method for QTL fine-mapping gene identification. In this study, we performed whole-genome re-sequencing Wutacai ‘Zhongbaye’ Chinese cabbage ‘HN53’ 150 F2 individuals construct map mapping 11 traits. parental lines population were re-sequenced at 10x 1x coverage, respectively. A containing 565 markers was constructed based on single-nucleotide polymorphisms modified sliding window approach. total length 944.6 cM average distance bins 1.65 cM. total, 60 significant QTLs controlling detected. We further identified candidate genes responsible these complex findings suggest that cost-effective bin-mapping approach capable rapid identification genes, will thus facilitate dissection underlying molecular basis variations accelerate improvement B. vegetable breeding.

An ultra-high-density bin map facilitates high-throughput QTL mapping of horticultural traits in pepper (Capsicum annuum)
Most agricultural traits are controlled by quantitative trait loci (QTLs); however, there are few studies on QTL mapping of horticultural traits in pepper (Capsicum spp.) due to the lack of high-density molecular maps and the sequence information. In this study, an ultra-high-density map and 120 recombinant inbred lines (RILs) derived from a cross between C. annuum'Perennial' and C. annuum'Demp...

A high density genetic linkage map for the complex allotetraploid crop species Brassica napus (oilseed rape) was constructed in a late-generation recombinant inbred line (RIL) population, using genome-wide single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) markers assayed by the Brassica 60 K Infinium BeadChip Array. The linkage map contains 9164 SNP markers covering 1832.9 cM. 1232 bins account for 7648 of ...
متن کاملHigh Density Linkage Map Construction and QTL Detection for Three Silique-Related Traits in Orychophragmus violaceus Derived Brassica napus Population
Seeds per silique (SS), seed weight (SW), and silique length (SL) are important determinant traits of seed yield potential in rapeseed (Brassica napus L.), and are controlled by naturally occurring quantitative trait loci (QTLs). Mapping QTLs to narrow chromosomal regions provides an effective means of characterizing the genetic basis of these complex traits. Orychophragmus violaceus is a cruci...

Association mapping was used to investigate the genetic basis of variation within Brassica rapa, which is an important vegetable and oil crop. We analyzed the variation of phytate and phosphate levels in seeds and leaves and additional developmental and morphological traits in a set of diverse B. rapa accessions and tested association of these traits with AFLP markers. The analysis of populatio...

A high-density genetic map is essential for quantitative trait locus (QTL) fine mapping. In this study, 4,508 effective single nucleotide polymorphism markers (detected using specific-locus amplified fragment sequencing) and 475 microsatellites were mapped to 19 linkage groups (LGs) using a family with 157 individuals. The map spanned 2,713 cM, with an average of 259 markers and 79 loci per LG ...
