چکیده

Abstract As the main electrical equipment of offshore power grids, optical fiber composite submarine cables undertake task transmission and data communication. In order to ensure proper functioning cable, it is necessary analyze working state identify fault event. This paper proposes a detection method for cables, that is, VMD self-attention-based Bi-LSTM model. First, we use ANSYS software generate vibration waveforms three events cables. Then, by generating matrix background noise waveforms, can realize orientation in single cable. addition, signal be decomposed into IMF components using variational mode decomposition (VMD) feature extraction. Moreover, are input self-attention layer fusion module further Finally, result output through classification layer. According comparative experiment ablation experiment, proposed model has proved outperform other benchmark models robust stable under condition different signal-to-noise ratios.

Future Context Attention for Unidirectional LSTM Based Acoustic Model

Recently, feedforward sequential memory networks (FSMN) has shown strong ability to model past and future long-term dependency in speech signals without using recurrent feedback, and has achieved better performance than BLSTM in acoustic modeling. However, the encoding coefficients in FSMN is context-independent while context-dependent weights are commonly supposed to be more reasonable in acou...

Electromagnetic Emission from “Dielectric” Optical Fiber Cables

The conventional wisdom is that optical fiber is dielectric, and thus does not radiate RF emissions. In practice, optical fiber cable connectors have non-negligible amounts of conductive material, for example a ferrule, spring, and crimp ring. As data rates have increased beyond 1 gigabit/second (Gbps), equipment with supposedly “RF tight” enclosures exhibited high levels of RF emissions, faili...
