When people have a community full of social hope and happiness, then consensus, solidarity, social belonging, desirable social interactions, participation, life satisfaction as well as individuals’ mental and social health will enhance. Therefore, social harms and immigration decrease and the motivation to work and effort increase in the society. The present study aimed to investigate the concepts of social hope, vitality, and participation as preventive factors and to provide strategies for promoting social participation and the feeling of usefulness in the country's elites regarding preventing addiction. This research has been performed as review-library and based on previous theoretical and research foundations and previous theoretical and research foundations. At first, the sociological and psychological dimensions of the concepts of social hope, participation, vitality, and effective social factors (such as social ties, social trust, solidarity, and neighborhood cohesion) have been reviewed. Then, based on theoretical topics and research background, a conceptual model was proposed. In line with other research conducted in the country, it can be concluded that there is an inverse association between happiness, hope, social participation, and the enjoyment of capabilities and abilities of the youth and elites of the country with social harms in Iranian society. Promoting the levels of social hope, vitality, and participation is implemented as a preventive fundamental factor in a systemic approach (outline). In order to prevent social harms and elite migration, suggestions have been made in this approach to increase the participation of citizens in general and the elite community in particular and to promote the levels of social hope and vitality.
