A pair of Mond–Weir type second order symmetric nondifferentiable multiobjective programs is formulated. Weak, strong and converse duality theorems are established under g-pseudobonvexity assumptions. Special cases are discussed to show that this paper extends some work appeared in this area. 2004 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
Let G be a locally compact group, and take p ∈ (1,∞). We prove that the Banach left L(G)module L(G) is injective (if and) only if the group G is amenable. Our proof uses the notion of multi-norms. We also develop the theory of multi-normed spaces.

Selecting suppliers is a multi-criteria decision-making problem involving both qualitative and quantitative factors. The aim of this paper is to propose a multi-criteria approach that aids to select suppliers based on two interrelated inputs: overall system performance and supplier performance. With this model, enterprises that are collaborating will have a tool to select suppliers not only bas...
A class of second order (F,a,q,d)-convex functions and their generalizations is introduced. Using the assumptions on the functions involved, weak, strong and strict converse duality theorems are established for a second order Mond–Weir type multiobtive dual. 2005 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.

Scalarization approaches to purposely generating epsilon-efficient solutions of multiobjective programs are investigated and a generic procedure for computing these solutions is proposed and illustrated with an example. Real-life decision making situations in which the solutions are of significance are described.
