Abstract:

Background and Aim: The flies are important for the mechanical transmission of pathogens, disease myiasis and forensic entomologist studies in the area. Detection and identification of species in different area, the first and most important Method to control vector-borne diseases in the area. Methods: This is a Descriptive - Cross-sectional study that was sampling in two urban and rural parts, including eight stations in Ramian city in 2018-2019. Trapping was done monthly, on sunny days and on the hottest days of the month. To collect adult flies using hand nets and traps cone. Species identification was based on valid keys. Results: In this study, 10 species of flies of medical importance were identified. The highest abundance of flies was observed at waste collection sites and animal sites. Muscina levida species were first reported from northern Iran in this study. Based on the results of temperature correlation, it was found that with increasing temperature and decreasing humidity, the population of flies increased in the area. Conclusion: Due to the high abundance of flies in the waste collection sites and animal places, rapid transfer of waste to Out of residential environments and Their sanitary burial To reduce the fly population is necessary.the transfer of animal Places to the outside of the Residential environments and health advice to people and health centers In the case of diseases transmitted by the species of flies in the warmer months of the year is required.
