Authors

Abstract:

Information of the land uses is important for many activities, including the planning and the land management such territorial planning changes from recent decades to now. In this research has been afforded that the different land uses changes to be investigated and analyzed. For this purpose, using the satellite images from 1991 to 2016 and using the classification method of maximum likelihood, the map of land uses for the mentioned years was prepared. Then with LCM program, the changes of the different land uses from 1991 to 2016 to be analyzed. Results showed that the uses of rainfed lands by a minimum of 352 ha and a maximum of 365 ha and 717 ha total changes had the most changes, and the residential land by a minimum of 1 ha and a maximum of 56 ha increased and 57 ha total changes had the fewest changes among the uses studied. Furthermore, the general monitoring of changes showed the decrease of 506 ha pastures and increased 344 ha of the irrigated agriculture. Results showed that the natural areas was destructed and transformed into human-made areas. It is suggested that in order to conserve the natural resources, take decisions by the managers in planning
