در کار حاضر، قالب اکسید آلومینیوم آنده شده به وسیله روش آنده نرم شتاب‌دار و در اسید فسفریک 6/0 مولار و با ولتاژ آنده 175 ولت ساخته شد. قطر حفره‌ها توسط سونش شیمیایی نمونه‌ها در اسید فسفریک 5/0 مولار و در مدت زمان‌های مختلف 8، 16، 32 و 40 دقیقه افزایش داده شد. بررسی تصاویر میکروسکوپ‌الکترونی نشان داد که قطر حفره‌ها با زمان سونش به صورت نمایی افزایش می‌یابد. با لایه نشانی الکترودهای نقره روی نمونه…
