هدف از انجام این تحقیق بررسی رابطه‌ی کیفیت زندگی کاری و شادکامی با در نظر گرفتن مقیاس رضایت از زندگی دبیران متوسطه شهرستان آزادشهر در سال تحصیلی 93-94 بود. روش تحقیق، پیمایشی و جامعه آماری، کلیه دبیران دبیرستان‌های شهرستان آزادشهر در سال تحصیلی 94-1393 به تعداد 148 نفر بود. حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول کوکران 102 نفر برآورد گردید و نمونه‌ها به شیوه نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داد…
