این مقاله در تلاش است تا با استفاده از دیدگاه شهروندان شهر فاروج، میزان رضایت آنان از عملکرد مدیریت شهری این شهر را در حوزه خدمات شهری مورد مطالعه مورد سنجش قرار دهد. برای این ارزیابی با استفاده ار مطالعات بخش نظری، 21 نوع از خدمات شهری در سه بخش خدمات فنّی، عمومی و فرهنگی انتخاب شد. در گام بعدی پرسشنامه پژوهش براساس این خدمات طراحی شد. در ادامه تعداد 400 پرسشنامه در بین شهروندان شهر مورد مطالعه ت…
