چکیده مقاله:

Architecture at any given time has been subject to conditions governing society. Similarly, the Qajar era is no exception. Since the beginning of cultural relations with the European countries in the middle of the Qajar era, Iranchr('39')s art and architecture have also entered a new stage. At this stage, the tradition is mixed with modernism and the physical elements of the building are changing. Such developments have also occurred in Qajar mosques in Shiraz. Moshiral-ol-Molk and Nasir al-Molk mosques are buildings of the Qajar period due to their location in these developments and the architectural background of Shiraz, with its unique decorative features in tile and architectural innovations that have been of great interest to scholars. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to review the historical process of these two buildings, to re-invent the innovations that have been made in the elements that make up the mosques and to evaluate their Worship -Education activities. In other words, the most important question of this research is that what was actually the actual performance of Moshir al-Molk and Nasir al-Molk mosques, and how was innovation in the physical elements of the Nasir al-Molk mosque and the Moshir al-Molk of Shiraz having been able to combine differently with its exemplary case studies in integrating the mosque with the school? In the current research process, in order to achieve the research questions and objectives, field studies and a hybrid strategy including case-study and historical-interpretation for introducing, categorizing and finding comparative relationships have been used. The results of this research show that the Nasir al-Molk and Moshir al-Molk mosques are among the buildings of the Qajar period in Shiraz, which in fact have a mosque-school function and have undergone changes in their physical elements in the past. These innovations consist largely of elements such as Fluorescent, Flute, Entrance, Ivan, Clock Tower, and Facades ornamentations. Therefore, it is safe to say that the mosques of Nasir al-Molk and Moshir al-Molk, including the mosque-schools, are innovating in the physical elements of the prophetic and educational space and cannot be placed in the mosque alone.
