The survey of health in Kano model for evaluation of educational services quality of students during the corona period

Background: The current study was to examine The survey of health in Kano model for evaluation of educational services quality during the corona period. Methods: This study was a descriptive-survey study that done field method. Statistical population was students of physical education students of Islamic Azad universities in the south of the country (Fars, Bushehr, Hormozgan and Kohkilouyeh and Boyer Ahmad). For this purpose from between statistical population, 371 participants were selected by proportional stratified method. The measurement instrument was service quality modified questionnaire in higher education (Terzakis, 2012). The questionnaire distributed between samples with cooperation of physical education college management. Data analyzed with Kano evaluation table. Results: The results showed that 15 indicators of quality of university services are among the basic needs for health promotion, 7 indicators were in the category of functional needs and finally 7 indicators were classified in the category of attractive needs for health promotion. Also, functional need is the most important need for studentschr(chr(chr('39')39chr('39'))39chr(chr('39')39chr('39'))) health during the corona. Conclusion: In general, the results of the present study showed that students are not satisfied with the quality of educational services of Islamic Azad universities in the south of the country and the educational services provided do not meet the expectations of students to promote educational and health factors.
