The GC of halides (chloride, bromide and iodide) using phenylboronic acid (PBA), 4-bromophenylboronic acid (BPBA), 3, 5 bis (trifluoromethyl) phenylboronic acid (FPBA) and 2,4- dichlorophenylboronic acid (CPBA) as derivatizing reagents are compared.
