امروزه یکی از مشکلات محیط های آبی، ورود فاضلاب‌های صنعتی حاوی نانوذرات است. در این مطالعه اثرات نانوذره‌ی اکسید‌‌مس (CuO NPs) بر برخی آنزیم‌ها و تغییرات بافت‌های کبد و کلیه بچه ماهی کپور معمولی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. ابتدا سمیت حاد (LC50 96h)، این نانوذره تعیین شد. سپس بچه ماهیان به مدت 96 ساعت در معرض غلظت‌های 50، 100 و 200 mg/l از CuO NPs به همراه شاهد، هریک با سه تکرار قرار گرفتند. در چ...
