[ 1 ] - بررسی تاثیر سرب بر ریز ساختار و خواص مکانیکی آلیاژ منیزیم AZ91
در این پژوهش، ریز ساختار وخواص مکانیکی آلیاژ AZ91 در شرایطی که به آن مقادیر مختلف عنصر سرب (0، 5/0، 1 و 3 درصد وزنی ) افزوده شده بود، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. ریز‌‌ساختار و خواص مکانیکی هر یک از آلیاژها، توسط میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی (SEM)، آنالیز پراش اشعه ایکس (XRD) و تست کشش مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج بررسی ها نشان داد که با افزودن سرب، کسر حجمی فاز Mg17Al12 در آلیاژ کاهش یافته است. همچنین با ...
[ 2 ] - Grain refinement, Microstructural characterization, and tensile properties of die-cast AZ91 alloy via Lead and Tin additions
Effects of different amounts of lead (Pb) and tin (Sn) on microstructure and tensile properties of the AZ91 alloy were studied. The results presented that the microstructure of AZ91 alloy is consisted the α-Mg phase and semi-continuous network of β-Mg17Al12 intermetallics.
