صدمات قفسه سینه خصوصا پنموتوراکس فشاری می تواند جدی وتهدید کننده حیات باشد. پنموتوراکس فشاری به دنبال برخورد گلوله نادروعارضه سندرم هورنر متعاقب آن بسیار نادر است.یک گربه ماده بالغ 9 ساله با وزن 7/4 کیلوگرم که در معاینه اولیه تنفس سطحی وسریع با دهان باز ( 82 بار در دقیقه) , تعداد نبض 95 ضربه در دقیقه و دمای رکتال نرمال 37.7 درجه ودر سمع ریه ها کاهش صداهای در سمع ریه راست داشت به کلینیک ارجاع شد...
