سابقه وهدف:بیماری پارکینسون یک اختلال پیشرونده حرکتی درسیستم عصبی مرکزی است .این بیماری باعث ازدست دادن نورون های دوپامینرژیک مسیر نیگرواستریاتال که در مغز میانی از ناحیه توده سیاه به جسم مخطط می رود، همراه است.گرلین به عنوان یک محافظت کننده ی نورونی در بیماری پارکینسون نقش ایفا می کند. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی اثر محافظتی عصبی گرلین بر روی اجسام سیاه در مدل پارکینسونی القاء شده با MPTP می باشد....
