استان فارس از پتانسیل بالایی برای پرورش ماهی سردابی و بویژه قزل‌آلا برخوردار است. این مطالعه با هدف تحلیل شرایط تولید واحدهای انفرادی پرورش ماهی قزل‌آلا در استان فارس صورت گرفت. برای این منظور از مفاهیم تابع تولید، کارایی و بهره‌وری کل عوامل تولید استفاده شد. مفاهیم فوق با استفاده از داده‌های 56 واحد فعال طی دوره (1387-1382) ارزیابی شد. یافته‌های تابع تولید نشان دادند که بازده نسبت به مقیاس و...
