Let Λ be a lattice in an n-dimensional Euclidean space E and let Λ′ be a Minkowskian sublattice of Λ, that is, a sublattice having a basis made of representatives for the Minkowski successive minima of Λ. We extend the classification of possible Z/dZ-codes of the quotients Λ/Λ′ to dimension 9, where dZ is the annihilator of Λ/Λ′.

Inspired by Faugère and Mou’s sparse FGLM algorithm, we show how using linear recurrent multi-dimensional sequences can allow one to perform operations such as the primary decomposition of an ideal, by computing the annihilator of one or several such sequences.

This paper applies G. Lyubeznik’s notion of F -finite modules to describe in a very down-to-earth manner certain annihilator submodules of some top local cohomology modules over Gorenstein rings.
