گونه جدید aeluropus peterganicus بعنوان گونه جدید از خراسان معرفی می گردد. این گونه با پوشش کرکی متراکم در کل اندامهای رویشی و گل آذین سنبله منشعب و فشرده، برگهای سفت و خشن و کوتاه تر از گونه نزدیک خودa. macrostachys جدا می گردد.
در میان 113 گونه شناخته شده از بخش caprini که یکی از بزرگترین بخش های جنس گون می باشد همچنان دو گونه a. aliomranii وa. saremii به عنوان گونه های جدید از این بخش معرفی می شوند. هر یک از گونه ها با نزدیکترین خویشاوندان خود مقایسه شده است.
گونه spiraeashrikhii به عنوان گونه جدیدی از شمال ایران نامگذاری و شرح داده می شود. این گونه به آسانی با گل آذین دیهیمی، برگهای دایره ای تخم مرغی، گلبرگهای صورتی و دیهیم و انشعابات با کرکهای متراکم تمیز داده می شود. گونه مذکور با 2 گونه s. trilobata وs. pilosa قرابت نزدیکی دارد و بنابراین با آنها مقایسه می شود.
یک گونه منحصر به فرد ا زگون astragalus ciceropsis بعنوان گونه جدید از کرمانشاه شرح داده می شود. موقعیت تاکزونومیک این گونه در میان بخش های شناخته شده روشن نمی باشد. تفاوت های مورفولوژیک فراوان با تعدادی از بخش های پیرامونی دارد. احتمال میرود که این گونه به بخش جدیدی تعلق داشته باشد که پس از مطالعات دقیق تر معرفی خواهد شد.
