We consider non-Fermi liquids in which the inelastic scattering rate has an intrinsic particle-hole asymmetry and obeys $\omega/T$ scaling. show that, contrast to Fermi liquids, this influences low-temperature behaviour of thermopower even presence impurity scattering.
