The main purpose of this paper is to present a new iterative transform method (NITM) and a modified fractional homotopy analysis transform method (MFHATM) for time-fractional Fornberg-Whitham equation. The numerical results show that the MFHATM and NITM are very efficient and highly accurate for nonlinear fractional differential equations. c ©2016 All rights reserved.
Christian Lexer,* Celine Caseys, Christoph Stritt, and Thomas G. Whitham Abstract The co-occurrence of geographical structure in herbivore communities, metabolomes and defence genes in forest trees has been analysed in the context of ‘geographical mosaics’ of coevolution. A deeper understanding of these important issues will require full integration of a ‘genomic mosaic’ view of species into co...
In this paper, we present explicit Painlevé test for the potential Boussinesq equation, The murrary equation, The (2 + 1) Calogero equation, The Rosenau – Hyman equation (RH), Cole – Hopf (CH) equation, The Fornberg – Whitham equation (FW), Some of these equations have shown to possess Painlevé property, therefore, are Painleve integrable while the rest did not pass the test and reasons for tha...
The homotopy analysis method HAM is applied to obtain the approximate traveling wave solutions of the coupled Whitham-Broer-Kaup WBK equations in shallow water. Comparisons are made between the results of the proposed method and exact solutions. The results show that the homotopy analysis method is an attractive method in solving the systems of nonlinear partial differential equations.
In the planar limit of B-model open string field theory in the Dijkgraaf-Vafa context, an enlarged cyclic symmetry is formulated by introducing the idea of homotopy Lie categories (L∞ categories) on a set of sequences of holomorphic functions (prepotentials with Whitham deformations) following the work of Itoyama and Kanno.
The aim of this study is to obtain numerical solutions the modified Fornberg Whitham equation via collocation finite element method combined with operator splitting method. used convert original into two sub equations including linear and nonlinear part as a slight modification idea. After progress, reduce algebraic systems. For purpose, quintic B-spline base functions are polynomial approximat...
