The CLEO Collaboration has observed the first hadronic transition among bottomonium (bb̄) states other than the dipion transitions among vector states, Υ(nS)→ππΥ(mS). In our study of Υ(3S) decays, we find a significant signal for Υ(3S)→γωΥ(1S) that is consistent with radiative decays Υ(3S)→γχb1,2(2P ), followed by χb1,2(2P )→ωΥ(1S).
