We show that as in the case of isotropic models, `Dirac Algorithm' and `Modified Horowitz' Formalism' lead to identical phase-space structure Hamiltonian for gravitational action with curvature squared terms, anisotropic space-time, viz, Bianchi-I, Bianchi-III Kantowski-Sachs models too.

In the present work we have focused on investigated dynamical aspects of LRS Bianchi type –I metric within frame f(R) theory gravitation. The solution is accelerating universe are derived by assuming negative constant deceleration parameter and utilizing a power law relation. Additionally, visually analyzed metric’s geometrical properties through graphical representations.
