This review explores the potential of Quantum Biology in understanding activation hVSEL stem cells using a QiLaserTM. There is focus on quantum mechanics interaction modulated laser light from QiLaserTM cell surface antigen CXCR4-EPI-X4 complex. Understanding biology and action at level may allow significant advances physiology, pathology treatment.
