195pt and 1h nmr has been used to show that addition of chlorine and bromine to [pt(cn)4]2_ in presence of perchloric acid in water results in cyanide and water scrambling with formation of eleven complexes of the type [pt(cn)4-ncl(h2o)n+1](n-1)+ (n=0, 1, 2, 3, 4). addition of nbu4oh to this solution gives (nbu4)2[pt(cn)4cl(oh)]. nmr measurements in acetone also show cyanide and hydroxyl group ...
In this chapter, we introduce the benefits and penalties of commonality (both to the customer as well as the manufacturer), emphasizing the need for anticipation of divergence when estimating benefits. We highlight the importance of mapping commonality strategy to the financial benefits, with a view to creating long-term competitive advantage for the firm.
We study the value of component commonality in assemble-to-order systems under no-holdback allocation rules. We prove that the total product backorder and on-hand component inventory decrease with probability one as the degree of commonality increases; however, the average cost may not decrease unless a certain cost symmetric condition is imposed. © 2014 Elsevier B.V. In multiview multilabel learning, each object is represented by several heterogeneous feature representations and also annotated with a set of discrete nonexclusive labels. Previous studies typically focus on capturing the shared latent patterns among multiple views, while not sufficiently considering diverse characteristics individual which can cause performance degradation. this article, we p...
performance, digestibility of nutrients, microbial nitrogen flow (mnf) and nitrogen efficiency (ne) inearly lactating holstein cows were investigated by diet supplementation with sodium caseinate (cn).multiparous lactating holstein cows (n = 15) with an average body weight of 638 kg and 21 days in milkwere assigned to a completely randomized design (five cows per treatment) and fed a basal diet...
We examine the effect of intangible investment on earnings non-commonality, defined as the extent to which a firm’s earnings performance is determined by firm-specific factors versus marketand industry-wide factors. Such insight is important in determining the appropriate weight to place on each of these factors when forecasting a firm's earnings. We measure earnings non-commonality as the unex...
