This paper presents the analysis of a number of existing Computer Supported Cooperative Work (CSCW) models and tools, and proposes a generic conceptual framework based on the strengths and commonalities of existing models. This generic framework is based on four key concepts, viz. activity, worker, information and service. This framework is illustrated with the modelling of some applications.
In this paper, an inventory model for deterioration items in a two-echelon supply chain including one retailer and one manufacturer is proposed by considering the stock and price dependent demand and capacity constraint for holding inventories. First, the model is presented as a leader-follower game in which the manufacturer announces wholesale prices. Second, the retailer decides for the order...
data envelopment analysis (dea) and balanced scorecard (bsc) are two well-known approaches for measuring performance of decision making units (dmus). bsc is especially applied with quality measures, whereas, when the quantity measures are used to evaluate, dea is more appropriate. in the real-world, dmus usually have complex structures such as network structures. one of the well-known network s...
This paper investigates the quality and pricing decisions in a supply chain consists of one retailer two manufacturers. The updates trust value to manufacturers based on historical information product determine actual order quantity. We propose four game models by considering situations, i.e. , manufacturer-dominant scenario retailer-dominant scenario. Based theoretical numerical analysis, we o...
We study three basic price competition games engaged in by an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and its competitive original design manufacturer (ODM): a simultaneous pricing game, an OEM-pricingearly game, and an ODM-pricing-early game. The ODM provides contract manufacturing service to the OEM and competes with this OEM in the consumer market by selling self-branded products. We consider ...
Under the background of low-carbon economy, in order to explore internal mechanism enterprises implementing carbon emission reduction behavior, this paper uses evolutionary game theory and numerical simulation method study stability strategy its influencing factors behavior supply chain a two-level composed single supplier manufacturer from dynamic perspective, considering environmental regulat...
The paper uses a non-cooperative simultaneous game for coalition structure formation (Levando, 2016) to demonstrate some applications of the introduced game: a cooperation, a Bayesian game within a coalition with intra-coalition externalities, a stochastic game, where states are coalition structures, self-enforcement properties of non-cooperative equilibrium and construction of a non-cooperativ...
This paper introduces a new motivation for information sharing in decentralized supply chains—as a mechanism to achieve truthful information sharing and to reduce signaling costs. We study a twoechelon supply chain with one manufacturer selling a homogenous product to n price-setting competing retailers. Each retailer has access to private information about the potential market demand, and the ...
We show that for every cooperative game a corresponding set game can be defined, called the standard set game. Values for set games can be applied to this standard game and determine allocations for the cooperative game. On the other hand, notions for cooperative games, like the Shapley value, the τ−value or the core can be considered in the context of the standard set games.
