The third-order nonlinear Schrodinger equation (alias the Hirota equation) is investigated via deep leaning neural networks, which describes strongly dispersive ion-acoustic wave in plasma and propagation of ultrashort light pulses optical fibers, as well broader-banded waves on water. In this paper, we use physics-informed networks (PINNs) learning method to explore data-driven solutions (e.g....

Secondary dust density waves were observed in conjunction with high amplitude ðnd=nd0 > 2Þ dust acoustic waves (DAW) that were spontaneously excited in a dc glow discharge dusty plasma in the moderately coupled, C 1; state. The high amplitude dust acoustic waves produced large dust particle oscillations, displacements, and trapping. Secondary dust density waves were excited in the wave troughs ...

The spin-electron-acoustic waves (sometimes called the spin-plasmons) can be found in degenerate electron gas if spin-up electrons and spin down move relatively each other. Here, we suggest relativistic hydrodynamics with separate evolution which allows us to study linear nonlinear waves, including solitons. Presented hydrodynamic model is corresponding generalization of average reverse gamma f...

The acoustic effect signif icantly increases the timing jitter of solitons in communication lines. We calculate the correlation in near-neighbor soliton time shifts that result from the acoustic interaction and show that the acoustic effect can cause correlated errors that cannot be corrected with standard, simple error-correction codes such as the Hamming code.

A historical overview of some of the early theoretical and experimental work on dust acoustic waves is given. The basic physics of the dust acoustic wave and some of the theoretical refinements that have been made, including the effects of collisions, plasma absorption, dust charge fluctuations, particle drifts and strong coupling effects are discussed. Some recent experimental findings and out...

Experimental observations of acoustic propagation through a Soliton Wave Packet (SWP) show an abnormally large attenuation over some frequencies, that was found to be significantly time dependent and anisotropic. Nevertheless, by remarking the problem of signal attenuation, the approach used in most of the studies can be considered as ”static” since no additional effects were taken into account...

In dc glow discharge dusty plasmas, the formation of dust acoustic waves is a commonly observed phenomenon. Experiments in the dusty plasma experiment device produce naturally occurring dust acoustic waves with frequencies f N 5 to 25 Hz and phase velocities of Vph N 0.5 to 10 cm/s. Through the use of particle image velocimetry techniques, particle motion in the vicinity of the wavefronts is id...
