The patient of this study was a 30 year old woman with history of left maxillary mass from 24 years ago and recurrences of this lesion which was diagnosed as fibrous dysplasia. The last time she referred, she was presented with maxillary swelling and pain, epistaxis and proptosis of the left eye. She was reoperated and ultimately osteosarcoma was recognized.
