We combine searches by the CDF and D0 Collaborations for a Higgs boson decaying to W+W-. The data correspond to an integrated total luminosity of 4.8 (CDF) and 5.4 (D0) fb(-1) of pp collisions at square root(s) = 1.96 TeV at the Fermilab Tevatron collider. No excess is observed above background expectation, and resulting limits on Higgs boson production exclude a standard model Higgs boson in t...

We perform a systematic study of the one-loop renormalization-group-improved effective potential of the minimal supersymmetric extension of the Standard Model (MSSM), including CP violation induced radiatively by soft trilinear interactions related to squarks of the third generation. We calculate the charged and neutral Higgs-boson masses and couplings, including the two-loop logarithmic correc...

We investigate the decoupling properties of the Higgs-sector-induced one-loop corrections in the lightest Higgs-boson self-couplings, in the framework of the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model. The renormalized n-point vertex functions with external Higgs particles in the MSSM and in the SM are derived to one-loop level and compared in the M A 0 ≫ M Z limit. The computation has been done in ...

Subject of our present paper is the analysis of the origins or historical roots of the Higgs boson research from a bibliometric perspective, using a segmented regression analysis in a reference publication year spectroscopy (RPYS). Our analysis is based on the references cited in the Higgs boson publications published since 1974. The objective of our analysis consists of identifying concrete in...

Various aspects of the Higgs boson phenomenology of the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model (MSSM) are reviewed. Emphasis is put on the effects of higher-order corrections. The masses and couplings are discussed in the MSSM with real and complex parameters. Higherorder corrections to Higgs boson production channels at a prospective e+e− linear collider are investigated. Corrections to Higgs b...

In the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model we present the calculation of the single charged Higgs-boson production in the γW or ZW -fusion and the charged Higgs strahlung channel, ee → eνeH. The set of all O(α) corrections arising from loops of Standard Model fermions and scalar fermions are taken into account. Contrary to the case of single neutral heavy CP-even Higgs-boson production, for t...

The Higgs-mass dependence of the two-loop contributions to muon decay is analyzed at the two-loop level. Exact results are given for the Higgsdependent two-loop corrections associated with the fermions, i.e. no expansion in the top-quark and the Higgs-boson mass is made. The remaining theoretical uncertainties in the Higgs-mass dependence of ∆r are discussed. 1 Contribution to the proceedings o...

We examine the prospects for discovering and elucidating the weakly-coupled Higgs sector at future collider experiments. The Higgs search consists of three phases: (i) discovery of a Higgs candidate, (ii) verification of the Higgs interpretation of the signal, and (iii) precision measurements of Higgs sector properties. The discovery of one Higgs boson with Standard Model properties is not suff...

We study the Higgs-boson decays h → bb̄, h → γγ and h → γZ within the framework of the Two Higgs Doublet Model (THDM) in the context of the decoupling regime, together with tree level unitarity constraints. We show that when the light CP-even Higgs boson of the THDM mimics the Standard-Model Higgs boson, not only the one-loop effects to h → {γγ, γZ} but also the one-loop contribution to h → bb̄ c...

We study decays of the neutral and charged Higgs bosons of the minimal supersymmetric standard model into a very light gravitino and a neutralino or chargino. Present experimental constraints already imply that the lighter scalar Higgs boson can only have a very small branching ratio into this mode. However, if the gravitino mass is below ∼ 0.5 eV, the heavier neutral and charged Higgs boson de...
