The paper presents description and illustrations of a new peculiar species from the genus Psallops, P. coloratussp. n. from Southeast Asia (Singapore). Photographs, line drawings of the general habitus and a short comparison with a species from Thailand are provided.

The genus Hemitrachys Gorham, 1876 is revised and a new species Hemitrachys tubericollis n. sp. from China is described as the second species of this genus. Thirty-eight illustrations of habitus, genital and external characters are provided.

Thoracochirus yunxianius sp. nov. is described from Yunnan, China. Color images of the habitus and aedeagus of the new species are included. A key to the genus Thoracochirus of mainland China species is provided.

Exitianus Ball, 1929 is studied from Tando Jam, Pakistan. Two species, Exitianus indicus (Distant, 1908) and Exitianus nanus (Distant, 1908), are reviewed and their characters, habitus, and line drawing are given.

The second species of the Neotropical genus Cerozodus Bigot, 1857, Cerozodus brachylobus sp. nov. is described from Mirador, Maranhao state, Brazil and Cerozodus nodicornis (Wiedemann, 1828) is redescribed. The habitus, wing and male terminalia structures are described and illustrated.

Lumicella rotundata gen. et sp. n. is described based on specimens from Fujian Province, China. Habitus photos and illustrations of male genitalia of this new species are provided. Differences between the new genus and closely related genera are discussed.

Plastus (Stigmatochirus) menglaius sp. nov. is described from Yunnan, China. Color images of the habitus and aedeagu of the new species are included. A key to the subgenus Stigmatochirus of World species is provided.
