In this work, an improvement of Hölder–McCarty inequality is established. Based on that, several refinements the generalized mixed Schwarz are obtained. Consequently, some new numerical radius inequalities proved. New for $$n\times n$$ matrix Hilbert space operators proved as well.  In this paper, we introduce new classes $sum_{k,p,n}(alpha ,m,lambda ,l,rho )$ and $mathcal{T}_{k,p,n}(alpha ,m,lambda ,l,rho )$ of p-valent meromorphic functions defined by using the extended multiplier transformation operator. We use a strong convolution technique and derive inclusion results. A radius problem and some other interesting properties of these classes are discussed.

To determine the (k, l)-radius of a graph we have to find a set L of l vertices, such that the maximum k-distance of a set K, where |K| = k and L ⊆ K, attains the minimum value in a graph. This notion generalizes the radius, diameter and k-diameter. In this contribution the (k, l)-radius of the wheel Wn is determined for all possible values of parameters k and l.
