CASE REPORTS
Three cases of pigmentary epithelial tears are described in this study. One of them was related to previous extrafoveal photocoagulation, whereas the other two were idiopathic. Fluorescein angiography (FA) and optical coherence tomography (OCT) were performed to confirm the clinical diagnosis.
