We study an interaction of 2D quasiparticles with linear dispersion E = ±u|p| (graphene) with impurity potential. Supersymmetric Quantum Mechanics is an interesting framework to analyze nonrelativistic quantal problems. Using these techniques, we construct a family of strictly isospectral Hulthén potentials.
