For a Banach algebra $A$, $A''$ is $(-1)$-Weakly amenable if $A'$ is a Banach $A''$-bimodule and $H^1(A'',A')={0}$. In this paper, among other things,  we study the relationships between the $(-1)$-Weakly amenability of $A''$ and the weak amenability of $A''$ or $A$. Moreover, we show that the second dual of every $C^ast$-algebra is $(-1)$-Weakly amenable.

Let A be a Banach algebra. A is called ideally amenable if for every closed ideal I of A, the first cohomology group of A with coefficients in I* is trivial. We investigate the closed ideals I for which H1 (A,I* )={0}, whenever A is weakly amenable or a biflat Banach algebra. Also we give some hereditary properties of ideal amenability.

We give a new proof of a recent characterization by Diaz and Mayoral of compactness in the Lebesgue-Bochner spaces L X , where X is a Banach space and 1 ≤ p < ∞, and extend the result to vector-valued Banach function spaces EX , where E is a Banach function space with order continuous norm. Let X be a Banach space. The problem of describing the compact sets in the Lebesgue-Bochner spaces LpX , ...

In this paper, we show that every surjective $n$-homomorphism ($n$-anti-homomorphism) from a Banach algebra $A$ into a semisimple Banach algebra $B$ is continuous.

we introduce a new one-step iteration process to approximate common fixed points of twononexpansive mappings in banach spaces and prove weak convergence of the iterative sequence using (i)opial’s condition and (ii) kadec-klee property. strong convergence theorems are also established in banachspaces and uniformly convex banach spaces under the so-called condition ( a ), which is weaker thancom...

In this paper, we introduce the Pettis integral of fuzzy mappings in Banach spaces using the Pettis integral of closed set-valued mappings. We investigate the relations between the Pettis integral, weak integral and integral of fuzzy mappings in Banach spaces and obtain some properties of the Pettis integral of fuzzy mappings in Banach spaces.

In this paper, we introduce an algebra of singular integral operators containing Bessel potentials of positive order, and show that the corresponding unital Banach algebra is an inverseclosed Banach subalgebra of B(Lw), the Banach algebra of all bounded operators on the weighted space Lw, for all 1 ≤ q < ∞ and Muckenhoupt Aq-weights w. The generalized Roper-Suffridge extension operator in Banach spaces is introduced. We prove that this operator preserves the starlikeness on some domains in Banach spaces and does not preserve convexity in some cases. Furthermore, the growth theorem and covering theorem of the corresponding mappings are given. Some results of Roper and Suffridge and Graham et al. in Cn are extended to Banach sp...

Let A and B be two infinite sets of non-negative integers. Similar to Kneser’s Theorem (Theorem 1.1 bellow) we characterize the structure of A + B when the upper Banach density of A + B is less than the sum of the upper Banach density of A and the upper Banach density of B.
