A new implementation of an autonomous hysteresis chaotic circuit using only two primitive cellular neural networks (CNN) cells is presented. Both computer simulations and laboratory measurements have confirmed the chaotic behavior and show the existence of the double scroll attractor. Key-Words: CNN, chaotic circuits, chaos, attractor, bifurcation, oscillator.

A modified non-linear time series analysis technique, which computes the correlation dimension D2, is used to analyze the X-ray light curves of the black hole system GRS 1915+105 in all twelve temporal classes. For four of these temporal classes D2 saturates to ≈ 4 − 5 which indicates that the underlying dynamical mechanism is a low dimensional chaotic system. Of the other eight classes, three ...

The chaotic behavior of the circuit closely matches the results predicted by numerical experiments. In this paper we using the concept of synchronized chaotic systems, two possible approaches to Image encryption are demonstrated with the Cuomo circuit implemented in both the transmitter and receiver. This scheme employs the two similar circuits exhibiting chaotic behavior were assembled. Each c...

In the last years there have been several works dealing with the solution of two particular problems: regulation and tracking of chaotic systems. In this paper, a new idea for controlling this kind of systems is proposed. Robust control has been used for minimize the effect due to disturbances or parametric uncertainties over the dynamic behavior of the controlled system, particularly over its ...

In the present paper, we introduce and analyze a mechanical system, in which the digital implementation of a linear control loop may lead to chaotic behavior. The amplitude of such oscillations is usually very small, this is why these are called micro-chaotic vibrations. As a consequence of the digital effects, i.e. the sampling, the processing delay and the round-off error, the behavior of the...

The aim of this paper is to introduce and investigate chaotic and hyperchaotic complex jerk equations. The jerk equations describe various phenomena in engineering and physics, for example, electrical circuits, laser physics, mechanical oscillators, damped harmonic oscillators, and biological systems. Properties of these systems are studied and their Lyapunov exponents are calculated. The dynam...

‎in this paper‎, ‎we have investigated the chaotic behavior of thermal convection in couple stress liquid saturated porous layer subject to gravity‎, ‎heated from below and cooled from above‎, ‎based on theory of dynamical system‎. ‎a low dimensional lorenz‎- ‎like model is obtained by using galerkin-truncation approximation‎. ‎we found that there is proportional relation between scaled couple ...

The level dynamics of pseudointegrable systems with different genus numbers g is studied experimentally using microwave cavities. For higher energies the distribution of the eigenvalue velocities is Gaussian, as it is expected for chaotic systems with time-reversal symmetry, and shows no dependence on g. Also the curvature distribution P (k) for large k is decaying as it is expected for chaotic...

We discuss, in this paper, the dynamical properties of extremely diluted, non-monotonic neural networks. Assuming parallel updating and the Hebb prescription for the synaptic connections, a flow equation for the macroscopic overlap is derived. A rich dynamical phase diagram, was obtained, showing a stable retrieval phase, as well as a cycle two and chaotic behavior. Numerical simulations were p...

It was recently conjectured that 1/f noise is a fundamental characteristic of spectral fluctuations in chaotic quantum systems. This conjecture is based on the power spectrum behavior of the excitation energy fluctuations, which is different for chaotic and integrable systems. Using random matrix theory, we derive theoretical expressions that explain without free parameters the universal behavi...
