Interface properties of a three-component Bose-Einstein condensate, in which component 3 is sandwiched by components 1 and 2 at the interface, are investigated. It shown that can serve as surfactant: net interfacial tension reduced presence 3. We calculate function interaction coefficients. The stability interface studied Bogoliubov analysis. When has spatial gradient, flow induced, resembles M...
No current methodology for detection of anomalous behavior from continuous measurement data can be reliably applied to complex structures in practical situations. This paper summarizes two methodologies for model-free data interpretation to identify and localize anomalous behavior in civil engineering structures. Two statistical methods i) moving principal component analysis and ii) moving corr...
The properties of spin-polarized neutron matter are studied at both zero and finite temperature using Skyrmetype interactions. It is shown that the critical density at which ferromagnetism takes place decreases with temperature. This unexpected behavior is associated to an anomalous behavior of the entropy that becomes larger for the polarized phase than for the unpolarized one above a certain ...
A homospin ladder-like chain, [Co(Hdhq)(OAc)](n) (1; H(2)dhq = 2,3-dihydroxyquinoxaline), shows a single-chain-magnet-like (SCM-like) behavior with the characteristics of frequency dependence of the out-of-phase component in alternating current (ac) magnetic susceptibilities and hysteresis loops.
We present for the first time a peculiar concentration effect on competitive adsorption of a binary mixture at the liquid/solid interface, which we attribute to the existence of pseudopolymorphism and its concentration dependence. These results are helpful for the understanding of phase behavior of multi-component systems at the interface.
Based on the previously formulated mathematical model of a statistical system with scalar interaction fermions, cosmological based one-component doubly charged degenerate fermions interacting an asymmetric doublet-canonical and phantom fields-is studied. The connection presented studied models two-component fermion systems is investigated. asymptotic limiting properties are investigated, it sho...
Dissolution pressure and nozzle temperature effects on particle size and distribution were investigated for RESS (Rapid Expansion of Supercritical Solution) process. Supercritical CO2 was used as solvent and Ibuprofen was applied as the model component in all runs. The resulting Ibuprofen nano-particles (about 50 nm in optimized runs) were analyzed by SEM and laser diffraction pa...
We study the dependence of the largest component in regular networks on the clustering coefficient, showing that its size changes smoothly without undergoing a phase transition. We explain this behavior via an analytical approach based on the network structure, and provide an exact equation describing the numerical results. Our work indicates that intrinsic structural properties always allow th...
The aim of this research was to assess the effect of fat type and concentration as well as the continuous phase viscosity on the rheological properties of an oil-in-water (O/W) emulsion. Thus, sunflower oil and tallow fat were used as the dispersed phase of the emulsion both at 10 and 50% (w/v) and CMC solutions (at 0.1, 0.3 and 0.5% w/v) were acted as the continuous phase. CMC solutions and em...
