let $g$ be a group. the order graph of $g$ is the (undirected)graph $gamma(g)$,those whose vertices are non-trivial subgroups of $g$ and two distinctvertices $h$ and $k$ are adjacent if and only if either$o(h)|o(k)$ or $o(k)|o(h)$. in this paper, we investigate theinterplay between the group-theoretic properties of $g$ and thegraph-theoretic properties of $gamma(g)$. for a finite group$g$, we s...

the noncommuting graph $nabla (g)$ of a group $g$ is asimple graph whose vertex set is the set of noncentral elements of$g$ and the edges of which are the ones connecting twononcommuting elements. we determine here, up to isomorphism, thestructure of any finite nonabeilan group $g$ whose noncommutinggraph is a split graph, that is, a graph whose vertex set can bepartitioned into two sets such t...

let $n,t_1,...,t_k$ be distinct positive integers. a toeplitz graph $g=(v, e)$ denoted by $t_n$ is a graph, where $v ={1,...,n}$ and $e= {(i,j) : |i-j| in {t_1,...,t_k}}$.in this paper, we present some results on decomposition of toeplitz graphs.

in this paper we define the removable cycle that, if $im$ is a class of graphs, $gin im$, the cycle $c$ in $g$ is called removable if $g-e(c)in im$. the removable cycles in eulerian graphs have been studied. we characterize eulerian graphs which contain two edge-disjoint removable cycles, and the necessary and sufficient conditions for eulerian graph to have removable cycles h...

In this paper I present some variations of the Solitaire Army game. This game is part of a broader category of one person games: Peg Solitaire games. While Central Solitaire is a relatively well-known and studied game, which is played on a cross-shaped board, little research has been done on Solitaire Army game and its variants. The purpose of this paper is to present Solitaire Army game, its v...

We elaborate on a single-mode description of the ballistic charge transport through a narrow constriction in a compressible (composite fermion) Quantum Hall liquid. In the presence of long-range Coulomb interactions we find logarithmic deviations from the Luttinger liquid behavior. These extra logarithmic factors are shown to modify the conductance, shot noise spectrum, and other observables.

Recent observation of zero bias conductance peaks in semiconductor wire/superconductor heterostructures has generated great interest, and it is in hot debate if the observation is associated with Majorana fermions (MFs). Here we study the local and crossed Andreev reflections in a junction of two normal leads and a sand wiched superconductor semiconductor wire with two spatially separated but...

altan derivatives of polycyclic conjugated hydrocarbons were recently introduced and studied in theoretical organic chemistry. we now provide a generalization of the altan concept, applicable to any graph. several earlier noticed topological properties of altan derivatives of polycyclic conjugated hydrocarbons are shown to be the properties of all altan derivatives of all graphs. among these ar...

let g be a (p,q) graph. an injective map f : e(g) → {±1,±2,...,±q} is said to be an edge pair sum labeling if the induced vertex function f*: v (g) → z - {0} defi ned by f*(v) = σp∈ev f (e) is one-one where ev denotes the set of edges in g that are incident with a vertex v and f*(v (g)) is either of the form {±k1,±k2,...,±kp/2} or {±k1,±k2,...,±k(p-1)/2} u {±k(p+1)/2} according a...

In this paper various representations of the exceptional Lie algebra G2 are investigated in a purely algebraic manner, and multi-boson/multi-fermion realizations are obtained. Matrix elements of the master representation, which is defined on the space of the universal enveloping algebra of G2, are explicitly determined. From this master representation, different indecomposable representations d...
