Bronchogenic cysts in the muscularis of cardia are very rare lesions. We report a 33-year-old woman who presented epigastric distention, pain, nausea and vomiting. MRI diagnosis lesion was stromal tumor located liver stomach space. Ultrasonic examination indicated that cystic structure closely related to gastric wall, lesions from wall were determined.
