The representation theorem Cor F-transitive fuzzy relations is used to prove that the set of reflexive, symmetric and F -transitive fuzzy relations on a set X, F being an Archimedean t-norm, is dense in the set of Ztransitive relations on X. It is also shown that any similarity relation can be represented as a limit of a sequence of transitive relations with respect to Archimedean t-norms.
In this paper the Archimedean property of t-norms on the lattice L is investigated, where L is the underlying lattice of interval-valued fuzzy set theory (Sambuc, 1975) and intuitionistic fuzzy set theory (Atanassov, 1983). We discuss also two additional variations on this property: the weak and strong Archimedean property.
In this paper, the perturbation of fuzzy connectives and the robustness of fuzzy reasoning are investigated. This perturbation of Schweizer-Sklar parameterized t-norms and its residuated implication operators are given. We show that full implication triple I algorithms based on Schweizer-sklar operators are robust for normalized Minkowski distance.
