in this work, we define a fuzzy soft set theory and its related properties. we then define fuzzy soft aggregation operator that allows constructing more efficient decision making method. finally, we give an example which shows that the method can be successfully applied to many problems that contain uncertainties.

The roughness of a rough set arises from the existence of its boundary region. In such a boundary region, each object has a non-zero rough membership degree. When an object’s rough membership degree is regarded as its fuzzy membership degree, a rough set can induce a fuzzy set. This relationship motivates us to assert that there may exist some inherent relations between the roughness of a rough...

multi objective quadratic fractional programming (moqfp) problem involves optimization of several objective functions in the form of a ratio of numerator and denominator functions which involve both contains linear and quadratic forms with the assumption that the set of feasible solutions is a convex polyhedral with a nite number of extreme points and the denominator part of each of the object...

Due to the large number of users and the time-varying characteristics of wireless channels, it is very tough to inform the transmitter of full channel information in real multi-user MIMO broadcast systems. On the other hand, the capacity of multi-user systems greatly depends on the knowledge of the channel at the transmitter while this is not always the case in single-user MIMO systems. In this...

The focus of this paper is on spatial precoding in correlated multi-antenna channels, where the number of independent data-streams is adapted to trade-off the data-rate with the transmitter complexity. Towards the goal of a low-complexity implementation, a structured precoder is proposed, where the precoder matrix evolves fairly slowly at a rate comparable with the statistical evolution of the ...

To reduce acoustic feedback in hearing aids, adaptive filters are commonly used to estimate the feedback contribution in the microphone(s). While theoretically allowing for perfect feedback cancellation, in practice the solution is typically biased due to the closed-loop acoustical system. For an earpiece with multiple integrated microphones and loudspeakers, we propose to use a fixed beamforme...

This correspondence examines Tomlinson–Harashima precoding (THP) on discrete-time channels having intersymbol interference and additive white Gaussian noise. An exact expression for the maximum achievable information rate of zero-forcing (ZF) THP is derived as a function of the channel impulse response, the input power constraint, and the additive white Gaussian noise variance. Information rate...

In this article, we concerned with the performance of high rate space time block code (STBC) scheme for Frequency selective fading Environment. Due to large channel delay spread in Frequency selective channel inter symbol interference (ISI) occurred. In high rate STBC, ISI occurs due to loss of „quasi – static‟ assumption and Classical Zero forcing (ZF) receiver produces error floor in Bit erro...

Blind fractionally spaced equalizers reduce intersymbol interference using second-order statistics without the need for training sequences. Methods for finding FIR zero-forcing blind equalizers directly from the observations are described, and adaptive versions are developed. In contrast, most current methods require channel estimation as a first step to estimating the equalizer. The direct met...

This paper proposes fuzzy modeling using obtained data. Fuzzy system is known as knowledge-based or rule-bases system. The most important part of fuzzy system is rule-base. One of problems of generation of fuzzy rule with training data is inconsistence data. Existence of inconsistence and uncertain states in training data causes high error in modeling. Here, Probability fuzzy system presents to...
