Five Hesperocyparis (Cupressus) abramsiana groves were analyzed by Inter-Simple Sequence Repeats (ISSRs). ISSRs analyses revealed geographical differentiation among the groves (= Silba's subspecies) with the Butano Ridge grove being the most distinct in both ISSRs and terpenoids.
