In most experimental situations the outcome is innuenced by various factors and different interaction structures. For a variety of simple but practically useful examples we investigate the generation of E-optimum designs, i. e. designs which minimize the maximum variance for all normalized estimates.
Simple linear regression is reviewed. Some well known facts are analyzed from different approaches. Some new formulas and equations are posted and discussed.
We study errors-in-variables problems when the response is binary and instrumental variables are available.
