In this paper, we prove that the Hodge-Laplace operator on strongly pseudoconvex compact complex Finsler manifolds is a self-adjoint elliptic operator. Then, from the decomposition theorem for self-adjoint elliptic operators, we obtain a Hodge decomposition theorem on strongly pseudoconvex compact complex Finsler manifolds.
