We consider the system of acoustic equations governing oscillations two-phase solid media with periodic microstructure. If phases consist plane layers an elastic or viscoelastic material, we show that coefficients and kernels convolutions homogenized depend not only on number distance between layers, but also volume fraction each phase inside periodicity cell.
